Before deployment
Hardware and configuration planning, requirements review, initial provisioning and deployment coordination.
Personal by design
We want to understand what you’re building and be the people you can talk to as it grows. That relationship starts with your first eight-GPU server.
What hands-on means
White-glove shouldn’t be a vague promise. For us, it means working through your configuration, coordinating initial provisioning and staying directly involved in the infrastructure that supports your deployment.
Hardware and configuration planning, requirements review, initial provisioning and deployment coordination.
Infrastructure monitoring, hardware maintenance and direct access to the operators for infrastructure support, within the scope defined in your agreement.
Conversations about storage, networking, more compute and future hardware. New work is evaluated, scoped and priced with you before any commitment.
Know what you’re reserving
Bandwidth, any transfer charges, support hours, response commitments and service levels are defined in your quote and agreement.
Custom services and future upgrades are separately scoped and priced. Personal access is not a promise of unlimited engineering or round-the-clock support.
Start with a conversation
Tell us what you want to build. We’ll work through the configuration, timing and service scope with you.
